Help for iPhone and iPad

Email support@fifthandform.com. Please include your device, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether you use iCloud household sharing. Do not email private household details unless they are necessary to explain the problem.
iCloud Household Sharing
- Make sure each device is signed in to iCloud with the Apple Account that should use the household.
- Confirm iCloud Drive and Our Family HQ access are enabled in Settings.
- Open the Apple invitation on the device where Our Family HQ is installed.
- After joining, make one small change on each device and reopen the app to confirm both directions sync.
- Use Manage Apple Sharing to change access, stop sharing, or leave a shared household.
Notifications
- Open iOS or iPadOS Settings and choose Notifications.
- Find Our Family HQ and confirm notifications are allowed.
- Reopen Our Family HQ and check reminder and quiet-hours settings.
Calendar Imports
- Open Settings and confirm Our Family HQ has full calendar access.
- Return to the app and choose only the calendars you want to review.
- Imported events are copied into the household plan; private event notes are not copied.
Family Inbox Photos And Documents
- Choose a clear photo, PDF, text file, or iCalendar file.
- Review every suggested item before adding it to the household.
- Selected content is processed on the device and is not sent to a Fifth & Form server.
Export Household Data
Open More, Settings, Privacy & Support, then Export household data. The JSON export can contain private family details, so save or share it carefully. Pending invitation codes are not included.
